The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Albania, the State Protocol Department, presents its compliments to all the Honorary Consuls of Albania and has the honor to inform that on the occasion of the 106th anniversary of the Independence, the President of the Republic of Albania, H.E.
